Red Rooster expands in regional NSW with new franchise opportunities
Red Rooster is set to open two franchises in northern New South Wales, adding to the eight that have been opened in the past 12 months.
The Grafton and Kempsey stores are open for potential franchisees, according to state manager Nathan Kelk.
“A high visibility location that is part of a food or service hub makes for an ideal location. Our new restaurant in Kempsey is part of a hub that also contains Subway, McDonalds and a service station,” Kelk said.
Red Rooster CEO Chris Green said that his property team is always keen to find new locations to open the fast food stores, and regional towns aren’t at all off the radar for expansion.
“Our property team are always on the look out for new locations and these two particularly stood out as opportunities for Red Rooster to open in new communities. We are always looking to grow our network of talented franchisees and would love to pass these stores on to people interested in being a part of this great Australian business,” Green said.
Kelk echoed Green’s sentiments on the importance and signifance of rural expansion.
“Red Rooster has a great following in regional towns. Many of our excellent franchise partners are local to the township and provide expert insights to the community,” Kelk said.
