Training & Other Support
NightOwl is dedicated to coaching, mentoring and supporting franchisees in their retail environment to help achieve success with their business. The Franchisee Support Office is committed to providing pre-settlement and post-settlement training and fine-tuning as required. Staff can benefit from further training from NightOwl’s Intranet site, NOEL (NightOwl E-Learning). Franchisees are also trained on the state-of-the-art Coyote system used in all stores across the network.
Our Marketing team supports our entire network with extensive local area marketing, social media and instore promotion support. Our marketing team are constantly developing new innovatrive marketing focusing on local area campaigns, growing the brand ans a strong social Media presence.
